Welcome!

As a former professional dancer, I have been exploring and studying movement my entire life. I started a formal yoga practice in my early 20’s and credit the practice with a long and nearly injury-free dance career. In addition to the physical benefits, practicing and teaching yoga brings more awareness, equanimity, and gratitude to my life. While I approach the way that I teach ballet and yoga quite differently, ultimately, the aim is to help others find a deeper connection to their bodies and to themselves.
