My approach is centered on mindful transitions and sequencing, balancing mobility and stability, and clear guidance of breath-initiated flow. I encourage a sense of self-inquiry and trust that you are your own best teacher.
In 2004, I received my initial yoga teacher training through Tranquil Space in Washington DC and have been teaching ever since (E-RYT500 through Yoga Alliance).
Further studies include the completion of Ariele Foster’s Yoga Anatomy Training and Jill Miller’s Level 1 Yoga Tune Up® Teacher Training in anatomy, biomechanics, and yoga therapeutics.
Currently, I teach in-person classes at Circle Yoga, as well as online classes. I also teach private and semi-private sessions.
I received my Pilates mat certification through Quantum Pilates in 2011, having been a student of both mat and apparatus work since 1995.
